Our Approach to
9001
GERICO provides a comprehensive analysis of the context and definition of the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS) as a preparatory step toward certification. The goal of this initial phase is to analyze the client’s reality, identifying internal and external factors (such as suppliers, legal frameworks, customers, shareholders, etc.) influencing QMS activities.
GERICO prepares the necessary documentation to create a QMS complaint with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, identifying key processes and the relevant documentation including:
- Policies and Procedures
- Quality Management System Manual
- Risk Analysis
- Measuring QMS Effectiveness
- Management Review
GERICO will assist the client in organizing and executing periodic internal audits to ensure that control objectives, controls, processes, and procedures comply with reference standards and current regulations.
In addition, the project team will support the client throughout the third-party certification and manage interactions with the certification body as required.
